Data we collect

• Account: email, name, avatar URL.
• Conversations: messages you send and model responses.
• Documents: files you upload to your knowledge base.
• Long-term memory: durable facts extracted from your chats.
• Usage logs: model, tokens, timestamps (for billing).
• Sessions: user-agent, hashed IP, device fingerprint.

How we use it

To deliver the service, enforce quotas, personalize responses, prevent abuse, and comply with law. Payment metadata is processed by our payment provider under their policy.

AI training

Your content is never used to train third-party foundation models. It is sent to model providers strictly to fulfil your request. You can opt out of any first-party analytical use in Settings.

Retention

Set a retention window (7/30/90 days or "keep forever") in Settings. Deletions cascade across conversations, messages, memory, and documents.

Your rights

Export all of your data as JSON, or permanently delete your account, from Settings. Requests are honoured immediately.

Security

Row-level security on every user table. Passwords hashed by our auth provider. Sensitive fingerprints hashed. Audit log entries are hash-chained (tamper-evident).
