Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using FVI AI you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You must be 18+ or have a legal guardian's consent. One active session per user is enforced.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to extract system prompts, no reselling of raw model output, no abuse of rate limits. Automated scraping of the interface is prohibited.

4. AI outputs

Model outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying critical facts. FVI AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

5. Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Token top-ups are non-refundable once consumed.

6. Data

You own your input and outputs. We process content solely to deliver the service. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
